Perfect for everything! Washes up in seconds.Best non stick pan. A nice heavy weight, solid pan. Purchased one for myself, loved it so bought 2 more for gifts. Great size! Love the green & charcoal black!Researched many before pulling the trigger, best decision! You won’t be disappointed and the bonus steamer is fabulous. I use this pan everyday and most days twice a day!

Love this pan. Keep it on my stove. Is so pretty. Doesnt stick, easy to wash. Wooden spatula sits on the pot. Has an added steamer basket if u want to steam vegetables which i do. Am looking at add on pans for my future use.

After sending back a carbon steel pan that warped I chose to try ceramic. All I can say is ‘wow’. Surprised at its versatility although I won’t use it on high heat in the oven. Eggs slipped around like a skating rink. Sautéed veggies and meats were perfect and the heat easily controllable. Looks amazing on the stovetop with that beautiful lid. Even my wife doesn’t mind it sitting there all the time since it is a bit awkward to store. Too early to comment on durability but so far so good.

A pleasure to use but be careful. The lid handle gets hot and you'll need a mit to open the lid while cooking. And be careful not to touch the pot handle too high up towards the cooking. It gets hot too. But further away from the pan, the handle stays cool.I cooked an egg cheese omelet which came out perfectly. Even the overspill of cheese in the pan slipped right out of the pan onto my plate. And I like the slot on the side for air pressure escape that holds the spatula in place. It prevents a spill over while cooking. The spatula is also great to use. It won't scratch the pan while cooking.Cleaning the pan was easy. And, it only took a moment to clean the non-stick pan surface. The pan is well balanced and durable. And the weight is quality as expected. The color is beautiful.Overall, I'm happy with my purchase.

I feel like I surrendered to social media pressure and good discounts when I decided to buy the Our Place Always Pan 2.0, but I'm actually glad I did! First impressions, the unboxing is rather fun/playful, a bit like receiving a gift (even though I was gifting myself). The enclosed insert, specific to each of the Our Place pans, gave some important guidance that I realized quickly I needed to follow - first and foremost, don't turn your stove on the way you have, well, always turned your stove on. It has good heat distribution, but it also heats up faster/hotter at lower temperatures that I've used with other pans. I also found that, like any good pan, a bit of seasoning in with some oil at low heat (in this case, I used avocado oil) helps temper the surface after unboxing and before first use.Cooking was quick and easy with first choice being a simple omelet. Not complicated, but can be frustrating in a stainless steel fry pan. Everything cooked up as expected. Using the basket was a bit more miss than hit for me, and I dinged a star. Not quite steamer worthy, not enough water below unless everything is warmed up a bit out of the refrigerator or defrosted som, and definitely not a "cook pasta in this" basket. But worked well with fresh veggies I wanted steamed/blanched.The looks are great, with a "leave it on the stove" aesthetic for those who just want pretty cookware. For those of us raised with banging around pots and pans, I think this will taking a bruising fast. But, so far, can't knock the no stick value, the cooking performance at lower temperatures that I'd usually use, and nice and easy clean up in these first few weeks of having the cookware.
