I bought this to replace a Teflon pan that started to chip. I specifically wanted something that was free of PFAS, but was also non-stick. This fits the bill. It's the perfect size and weight, the second handle is great for when you need to support the pan, and it cleans up beautifully. Very pleased!

Feels solid and professional in your hand. Works well on induction stove top.Heats quickly and evenly and I am able to get a good sear. I use metal utensils with no problems. It is non stick but sometimes some black residue is left which always wipes clean easily. The lid is excellent and a good fit.Great value for the money.

Bought this as a present for my husband. It is amazing. Cooks very evenly and nothing sticks so it's super easy to clean. Love that it is dishwasher safe. It's oven safe too! Has some weight to it but still able to hold one handed. Totally worth the price and highly recommend.

First, I want to say I chose this based on the fact it was a stainless/aluminum combo and was PFAS-free. I have a ceramic top electric stove and ALL of my large aluminum skillets have bowed in the center, making them spin like a top. So far I have tried cooking an over-easy egg without using any butter. That’s a no-go. I had hoped this was similar to a non-stick granite-stone pan and I had even followed the directions to season the skillet first before using. While making the egg, I added just a few shaves of butter and the egg released pretty easily. So, don’t think you can cook without any oil or butter. Last night I made chicken pieces coated with flour in it before adding my creamy sauce ingredients. I had used two tablespoons of olive oil and the entire skillet was filled with chicken pieces. They browned nicely on low, leaving bits of delicious nuggets here and there. Once I removed the chicken and added my liquid ingredients, everything came loose and nothing stuck. I am finding it easier to cook at a lower temp to get the best results. Cleanup was a breeze. Nothing stuck at all. At this point, I’m quite happy with this pan, and I may actually order a few other sizes. It’s also quite lovely. However, I’m a bit disappointed in the rather large dent the lid came with, though packaging was great. It’s not worth me returning it, but since I’m careful with my cookware, it bugs me that it came pre-dented. You will need to install the long handle with the tool they provide. No biggie. The pan is quite heavy and sturdy. The opposite small handle does not get hot while cooking and I used it often since my hands are compromised at my age. The lid is really nicely made aside from the free dent it came with! I will give this four stars, and will change my rating if I discover pluses or minuses along the way. My rating is based upon the free dent and inability to totally go oil-free, though that may be the stainless versus non-stick aluminum compromise.

First of all, the pan came packed well and even had its own tool to attach the very sturdy handle to the pan. The second handle on the other side makes it much easier to lift than just using the long one. It has good balance. What I hoped for was a really nice pan that would brown evenly, could be used on the stove top and oven and not end up flaking off like so many pots and pans I purchased over the years. There are specific notes included to season and best use the pan. It would be wise to pay attention to them as they were informative and helps protect the cookware. I especially like the even distribution of heat. The specialized finish on the bottom of the pan and inside seems to be well manufactured and accomplishes the balance heating it advertises. The pork loin I braised in it was fantastic! It easily browned with a little olive oil and worked well on the induction stove. It made a wonderful au jus. We also tried a sausage gravy which could be a real challenge in some pans, as it sticks and requires scrubbing to clean. This pan cooked the sausage, and easily allowed addition of the flour to make the gravy. It captured the flavor and washed right out when I was done. My next plan is for cooking fish without having to fry it. So far this seems to be high quality cookware that does what it says it will. I plan to buy some additional pieces since this one has cooked well and cleaned up so easily. Try it, you will like it. Do take time to read the enclosed instructions on seasoning and using the cookware. It helps it perform as it said it would and hopefully make it last a long time. I'm impressed with this product!
