Buy with confidence. I'm always impressed when I get a new cutter or bit from Amana. This 1/4" mill cuts clean!

Provided a nice clean cut through 5/8" melamine on our CNC machine. It's a little loud but it's worth it.

If you run production jobs and need to rely on your bits, Amana is the bit for you. Yes, there are cheaper bits, but they will never compare to these in terms of reliability and precision!

Expensive, but if it holds up longer than cheap ones then its worth the money.

Like all Amana Tool CNC bits, this one is excellent. I use this particular one for detail clearance and cutout toolpaths for hardwood carving. Made in USA. Worth the money compared to cheaper foreign-made bits. They cut better and last longer, and that's why I stick with Amana Tool. Easy 5+ Stars.

These work great but remember they are only 1/8” thick

This is a great bit for handheld router inlay work, the bit did a great job. Even after using it with hardwoods the bit is still very sharp and seems like it will last for a long time.

I'd have to agree with a few of the reviewers in here... all the hype about buying Amana tools and Amana cutters... I bought this cutter and not even 30 days later it broke...I usually have conservative settings when cutting, and especially when cutting hard woods...I was cutting Oak at 45 ipm speed, Depth per pass at 0.045'' plunge rate at 15 ipm... this has been no problem for a regular Yonico bit, which is a fraction of the price...aI wonder if these guys have a warranty or something... I'm so disappointed....I did leave a better star rating than the previous reviewers, just because the cutting quality does seem clean-ish... but durability is terrible!

Wow! I have a ShopBot 4'x8' CNC router using a Porter Cable router as the spindle. I typically have been using Onsrud bits, but read a CNC forum post about using coated bits. So, I purchased a few to try. This coated Amana bit is comparable in price to an un-coated Onsrud bit. On its maiden voyage, I cut 17 sheets of 18mm plywood, each sheet into multiple parts. There was NO degredation in the cut, and the bit looks like it just came out of it's sleeve. Fantastic!
