The ladder is good. But not as strong as it should be.when you climb ladder, you feel not confident you are securely standing. One more bad unhappy part is on Return the buyer has to pay the postage, which will be high $ amount, due to its weight. Don't assume Amazon means all items can return with free of postage or amazon drop off place.

I bought this as I need to reach the top of our truck camper often, but cannot carry a normal ladder conveniently. This works quite well in its task and is easy for me to store on the RV. My only caution is as others have said. Make sure you figure out which buttons release each step's collapse when taking down to be sure you do not get fingers pinched that first time or two...

I'm a profession home repair/improvement business owner... painting 9ft walls in throne (commode) rooms is a challenge for a54yo 5'4" woman this ladder is lightweight, easy to operate, and will get me to the top of the wall up to 10 ft high with ease. and to paint the other side of the tiny room, you don't even have to turn the ladder around as it wall correctly lean either way. Nice solid grips give me confidence the ladder will not slip. I put this purchase off for several years as I have many other ladders. In hindsight, I could have saved myself a lot of time and aggravation. This one is now my go-to ladder first.
