Hard pass. I got this machine and it died exactly 30 days after I got it. The day past my return window. A customer service rep was kind enough to help and got me a replacement machine asap. That one just died hahahahah. Out of no where it starts blowing air instead of sucking air. And now it won’t even turn on. So that’s cool.Spend your money elsewhere!

I have used other milking machines and this is by far the noisiest I’ve come across. It does the job great if the goats aren’t spooked from the extra loud vibrations. It is easy to clean and use for a great price.

Worked great at first. Slowed down more and more three months after I bought it barley worked. contacted support, they ignored me until the support window ran out. now I'm SOL with goats that need milked.

Would work well with larger breeds of goats but the teet cup is too large for my nigerian dwarf goats so had to return.

We have used this unit for a couple of weeks and it has worked fine. Today after milking went to clean the unit and the check valve housing broke. We looked through the pamphlet that came with the unit but no parts list. Searched amazon but have been unable to find the part. They sell the part for two other sizes but the size for the 5l is not listed.

Love the simplicity & how quiet it is. I've used other older systems that were loud & complicated to clean, & this has cut my milking & clean up time in half, easily. Plus if I need, I can have one of a couple goat friends, I've shown how to use this milker, milk for me if I can't for some reason.The milk is cleaner & tastes fresher longer because it isn't exposed to as much oxygen or debris falling in the bucket. The risk of mastitis is tremendously reduced because there is almost no contact with your hands even if you use gloves to hand milk. The constant vacuum eliminates the reflux of milk back into the mammary well from the teet also.All around better for human & goat in my opinion.

This milking machine is easy to use and easy to keep clean. It is very portable, and I like that the top secures on, so I don’t have to worry about anything getting into the milk or the pail getting kicked away. I also like that the pail is made from stainless steel as it makes it easy to sanitize, and I don’t have to worry about rust or bacteria over time. The whole setup isn’t very large, but it is perfect for milking a goat or cow.

Wish I would have had this long ago. The goats have no problem adapting to it, it's cleaner than hand milking, and I don't sweat as much! Hah, hah!I could have used a bit more information on its use but it's not hard to figure out. I just never used a milker before and could use some tips.
