I really liked the handle grip and length of this tool. This tool really helped the people who had never processed poultry! Will be ordering more for Christmas stocking stuffers.

The screwdriver style handle gives you a grip on the tool. The overall length reaches easily into the chest cavity. This makes getting the last of the lungs out of the ribs much easier. My wife loves it. It's a good quality tool and I recommend it if you process your own birds.
