Product gets 5 stars because it’s easy to cut and stick on surfaces with the included glue stickers. However… my 6 month old kitten couldn’t care less where I put them, she still jumps on them and strolls along like it’s nothing at all. Before using them for her, I decided that it would be a great idea to put one on the floor and step on it myself 😭😂 Please do not attempt that at home! It hurt 🤣

I put it behind my couch so my cat doesn't scratch the back of the couch but I am pretty sure she was one of those hot coal walker's or the one's that walked on nails because she's just tromping all over behind the couch 😩

I have a very finicky cat and he loves to pee on our furniture and these do the trick by keeping him from getting on.

Works really well for some cats while others are simply annoyed as they gingerly walk across it. My wife was concerned about the crazy death spikes, but it's not bad. And like I said, one cat walked across it anyway. But it did help with the other 2. The fact that there's several sheets per package was also really helpful for covering a larger area cheaply since cats will often simply jump over or around an obstacle. Not as effective as the electric shock mats, but far cheaper and more coverage.

Good concept, I like that the panels interlock but you have to trim the flat edge for that to work. No biggie. My cat seems to not like walking on the surface, but certainly isn't stopped by it. Maybe as cat gets older and has larger paws, they won't fit between the spaces. But for now he seems to navigate through the panel just fine.

This is like 50 cents worth of the flimsiest plastic. The slightest breeze will blow them away even if they're connected together, which I did by placing 1/4 inch automobile fasteners through the holes. I picked this one because it specifically said "outdoor" in the title, so I thought it would be good since I'm trying to keep raccoons from using the first step of the pool as a bathroom. Not only does it blow away too easily, but because it's essentially hollow, it collects rain water underneath it. I gave it 2 stars because the spikes are actually uncomfortable enough to deter most animals to step on it, but the modifications it needs to function are severe and it is so not worth the price!
