They do not stop my cats. They are crazy and walk right over them. However one got knocked on the floor and I accidentally stepped on. WORST THAN STEPPING ON A LEGO !!! So I'm not sure it's the product that's not working. It may just be I have cats who should be in the next flight club movie due to their pain tolerance.

Does a great job of keeping my cats off the couch and away from electrical sockets. They definitely do not want to walk on that. Had small spikes but are not too sharp. Just enough to be uncomfortable if the cats do go on it. But the quickly change their mind. Worth the buy.

These work great. Just don't forget where you put them. It's quite a shock to accidentally sit on one.

Doesn't work , don't the waste your time and money.First two times my cat tried to get on the window and it worked, but maybe it was more the noise that the plastic made that scared her.Now she walks slowly on the plastic until she reaches the edge of the window to the roof.

Our landlord came in once to look at something and stepped right on them. Definitely freaked him out.It worked to keep our cats from scratching to the carpet. They would tear it up to try to get into our bedroom when we were sleeping. One of our cats did eventually decide to put up with the discomfort and just jump on. But that's not the businesses fault. They give good tape and it holds well.

Think again! These are a life saver, I use them on my vinyl player table, my aquarium, and on the floor in front of my closet. My cat likes to paw at things while I'm sleeping to get my attention, so this has kept him off my most precious things, earning me a bit more sound sleep. Very easy to use. They are very durable for what they are, but a shoe will crush the spikes. Can be cut to size. Working perfectly so far. The sticky pads keep them from moving.

Great product. Good quality construction, fairly priced and love the interlocking mats......unfortunately it didn't work for my counter-top sleuth. He just stepped around it. I found him sleeping on my air fryer.

It works to deter cats from unwanted surfaces, but for $20 this has got to be the most over priced pieces of plastic ever. At most, MAYBE 10, because you only got about $3 in plastic there. Ridiculous! Theft really, imo.

These are even better than the electric current mats because you get multiples in one pack, so can spread them around to cover more area. And much more cost effective too. These have been great.

A friend of mine recommended these. She has 2 large dogs and doesn't want them on her furniture. I didn't want my dog on my furniture anymore either. So I got some to give it to try and they are very effective. Little buddy put his paws on them one time and did not like those pointy plastic pieces poking into his paws. A great deterrent the does not require chemicals or other restraints. Our boy has access to parts of the house he should, and this keeps him away from the parts he's not supposed to be bothering. Make us all happy because he can look out the window and doesn't get fussed at when I get home cause he's been on my good furniture. Win-win!!!It does come with double-sided adhesive squares so that you can connect them together to make one large piece. The pieces are sturdy yet very light weight and flexible And you could easily cut them to fit up a particular shape if squared didn't work. While primarily created to keep the dogs and cats off your furniture, you could also use them on the floor to keep them out of certain areas as well, such as a way from the trash can. You may need to sit something on the edges to hold them onto the floor like as a can or something as they are slippery plastic. But a few attempts to walk on these and puppies and kitties would most definitely think otherwise. Since they are light weight and a bit slippery and might be knocked off by the puppy attempting to get on the sofa, you may need to put some on the sofa or chair AND on the floor in front of it as an extra precaution. I used this method and it got the job done.I gave these 5 stars for comfort because now we both have the comfort of knowing he's not on my furniture and getting scolded. Though I seriously doubt it's a 5 star comfort when he steps on it.
