Actually, this is working very well. The reason it only got 4 stars is that the screw that holds the light fixture in is 3/8" too short. I finally had to pull the fan assembly out and take it apart so I could get the screw out and replace it with the screw from my old fan. All those trips up and down the ladder were hard on this 79 yr old gal.

Built my house 26 years ago and have 3 bathrooms with this fan in it. I replaced 1 about 3 years ago with this fan and just replaced my fan in another bathroom. Direct replacement! Works like a charm!

When I installed the new mounting plate and fan it was to tight and the fan rubbed. To correct this issues I had to remove the fan and motor from the mounting plate that came with the unit and install in on the original mounting plate. Now it seems to work.

Fan is well balanced and was easy to install. I had to remove the fan from its bracket and re-attach the motor to the original bracket to fit in the existing cut-out. It was a simple process and the fan works great. I'm only giving it 4 stars because it is a little loud compared to the old fan in the bathroom. Overall, seems like a well built fan.
