Ordered an item that was more expensive than others because it would arrive sooner but it took longer to receive. Opened the box and tested the item and it doesn't even work. Requested to return it but can only replace it. I don't trust the product and don't want another one, I just want my money back...

With the varying quality of water nowadays having an accurate tester is crucial! This is wonderful to have on hand even in your home to be able to monitor one’s drinking supply regardless of where it comes from.Calibrated the unit as instructed before use using purified bottled water. Readings will vary slightly from test to test as your water will change a bit from day to day. This particular tester is very nice because it operates on two AAA batteries and is easy to take with you when traveling to test the water wherever you may be. Make sure you let the unit dry before tightly replacing the cap that protects the testing probes. Hard to imagine that every household doesn’t have one of these but common use is quite rare.
