Bought this so I could completely isolate our lithium batteries for storage. Our current disconnect only disconnects the 12v loads but still leaves the Victron battery monitor and solar charge controller connected. I'll use this to completely isolate the batteries for storage.

Most difficult thing about this is installing the spring pin in the handle. Other than that, goes together quick. No issues with action or switch function. Easy and smooth motion. Bracket is good and heavy. Extra pin was included.

I put this on my construction equipment that runs on 24 volts; I wanted to be able to disconnect the batteries in an emergency. This is a very solid switch, and it comes with a nice and solid nearly 1/8" (10 gauge) thick mounting plate. It doesn't have that mushy feeling like many plastic marine switches. I found that the locking hole in the handle and bracket do not line up properly to be able to secure this; however, in my case I won't be using that functionality. The first one I received was missing the handle and hardware, but a replacement was quickly sent that was complete.
