Great Dumbbell Workout Posters

These posters are great for home workouts and are an awesome value! They are easy to follow and give a good variety of exercise options. I especially like to use the stretching exercises after I’m done with my exercise video routine. It helps me unwind for the evening. With these posters there is no guesswork on what to do.I wish the chart included a hole on each end so I could hang them from two command hooks and reverse the posters when needed. Eventually, I’ll probably punch my own holes in the posters, but it would be really convenient if the product came that way.
