Woke up to my landlord and fire department pounding at my door. There was monoxide detected in my apartment. Had them hold it up next to the detector, they were reading that there was carbon monoxide while this detector detected zero.Obviously the fire dept has better equipment than this crappy thing, I would opt for the old school monoxide detectors over this

I love that it has an easy to read digital display that shows multiple things. It does however take up both outlets and you can’t plug in anything above or below it.

Shows the PPM and Temp (and in room humidity?), I dig it. I tested it on the exhaust side of my heater and it let out a call and showed the levels. The only downside is the alarm isn't very loud, its a little speaker so I wouldn't trust to hear it in a situation where you put it in the basement and are asleep upstairs or something like that. If it had a chirp and battery we'd be really talking. As is I think it's great for my use, I'll put a second cheaper "dumb" one as a backup.
