Working Good so far. Quality is good, and it is easy to use. The position of the plug makes it mount flush against my wall. Carbon monoxide is very dangerous, so these are a must have for any household.

I haven't had a carbon monoxide detector in my home before and decided it's time. It was easy to install and works perfectly (based on the test button). It's small design makes it less intrusive in the room it's in.

Had to call the company because battery closure was very difficult to open and they said they recommended using a screw driver to help pry it open. I used one very gently so as not to break something, but it worked.

I bought two of these to replace some older CO detectors which were nearing the end of their lives. I haven't tested these units for accuracy but I have no reason to believe they will not work. Installation was simple. Just put the batteries in and plug in to the wall. I gave 4 stars instead of 5 because I don't like that the "everything is ok" status is a solid red light. Red light = bad! in our society. It would be much more comforting to look at these units and see a solid green light when all is well, especially when that's how my smoke detector works. When you're getting these set up, I'd recommend first noting the dates of manufacture printed on the back to get an idea of when they're going to need to be replaced. Both units I bought were less than a year old. Also, test that battery that comes with the unit to make sure it's good. Test the unit when its unplugged and when its plugged in to make sure it beeps.

Simple and easy to use. Detector comes with battery which is mainly for backup or for use in areas without power as unit plugs into wall. Testing alarm was as easy as pushing the test button and there's a faint red light letting you know it's powered up. Overall a great value for the money. Small cost for what it does.
