First of all, these are packaged adorably - I was instantly in love! The tiny jars are perfectly sized to use with dip nib pens. The caps screw tightly on, and the little holders suction securely to a desk or table, resulting in a lovely setup for writing or drawing. These seem to be really well made and intuitive to use. I love that they come with a little storage pouch too. I’ll definitely buy more of these as the need arises and will pick up more items from this brand!

These little vials and vial holders are so useful. I use the holders every day for holding my chosen ink sample to write my journal entry with a dip pen. The vial stays firmly in the holder so no messy ink spill catastrophes! I find that just moistening the bottom of the holder helps a lot to keep the holder in place on the work surface. And I have a glass work surface which also encourages great suction and stability. Well done!

These are destined to be part of a hands-on exercise at the museum at which I work. The vials are tiny, but a nib fits in perfectly plus the small size takes up little space in our already space-challenged area. *And* the seller graciously included an extra! Very prettily wrapped, too.

I absolutely love this pairing. It has completely changed my writing routine. I recently acquired a Pilot dip pen, and this set was exactly what I needed to fully utilize it. The inkwells, when filled to the bottom of the threads, hold just the right amount of ink to dip your nib into, touch the bottom, and properly load the nib with ink. It takes all the guesswork out. (Different nibs may require a different amount of ink, though.)The inkwells are also perfect for holding just enough ink for your project so you don't have to worry about your main ink source drying out or getting contaminated (I don't recommend dipping directly into your bottle of ink).The silicone inkwell holders fit exactly onto the bottom of the inkwells (as well as 5ml plastic cryo tubes, the kind ink samples are sold in), and once rinsed of the fibers from the bag that they come with, hold pretty well for a little while on a very slightly textured surface. They may work better on a completely smooth surface, like glass, and even better if the bottom was slightly moistened. Nonetheless, they are VITAL for keeping the tiny inkwell upright and preventing messy spills.I have found where to buy the inkwells in bulk, but not the silicone holders. The holders themselves make this package worth the price, and the service is top notch, too. Both times I've ordered this, I've received a free gift, and it truly lands right with me. Most times, free gifts tend to not be as useful as one would hope, but that's not the case with this product.I recommend this product, completely. If you're using dip pens, this is what you need to make the best use of them.

These are really cute little bottles and holders and I find them to be a good size for my purposes. The only reason I’m knocking off a star is that I have not yet found a surface that the holders will stay suctioned onto for more than 5-10 minutes. They’re still helpful because they give a flared base for stability, but in spite of cleaning, moistening, etc, I’ve had no luck with suction. To the point that I wonder now if they are meant to be suction cups at all. But still, useful and easy to clean.

They are very small, which is hard to tell in pictures, but if that is what you need then they are perfect! The stands suction well most table surfaces, and bottles fit sung in them, making them nice and stable. Additionally the bottles seal well, and do not appear to leak. The seller was even kind enough to include a second stand and taller bottle as a free gift, which was very sweet of them.Like the title says, they are exactly what I needed and a well made product!

These little guys are a great value. I have ordered more than 1 set, and one order came with a very useful Free Gift. (Thank you!). The multi-colored suction cups add a little joy while making it easy to keep from confusing "Nib Cleaner" with "Ink". The tops fit well, so no accidental spills; and the bases work exactly as needed to secure those little containers while I work. I'm a big fan.

In the last several months, I've taken up water coloring. I decided to try doing some ink drawings, but I rent an apartment, and was pretty nervous about spilling a bottle of carbon ink on the rug. These work great. I use three different types of ink and a glass dip pen. At first I thought the ink wells were too small, then I discovered that even half full was plenty. They seal well and stick to my table tightly, although the suction cups seem to loosen up over an hour or so, which may have to do with the fact that my work table is wood. Pretty great system all the way around. Someone complained about these being expensive, and I agree, they aren't cheap. But they're a lot cheaper than replacing the carpet in my dinning room.
