Saw this on Mtn of Ink; Thought I might be what I wanted but alas it's just yellow w/ a touch of green. Might be fine for you but it isn't a fit for me.

Wish I could have tried a sample of this ink before purchasing the 30ml bottle. The color is not bad, but it is not as intense as the color on the label. I was disappointed that in a medium point pen, it was still too light to suit what I wanted it for.' The overall quality of the Herbin Ink was satisfactory, and it comes in a nice bottle with a little resting place to rest your pen. I will buy the brand again, but not without trying a sample before the purchase of a larger amount.

This color is perfect. I would categorize it as a dark olive green. It writes really smoothly and dries quickly on my MD paper.

I really love the colour 🥰 I bought them to match my Lami Fountain Pens, and they are almost the exact colours 🥰 Both absolutely beautiful. The Resada Green is like a mint/seafoam green, but with a hint of blue undertone (in my opinion). The Faded Rose is a very nice light, dusty pink 🩷

I have only used montblanc ink in my montblanc fountain pens. I have always been skeptical about using anything else. I dont use other brand of inks for any of my fountain pens be in montblanc pens or not. I purchased this ink because it was the perfect shade of green i had been wanting. But after i got it i was not sure if i wanted to put it in my really expensive fountain pens, so I put it in my cheap lamy and pilot and sailor fountain pen. the flow of the pen and the consistency was so good that it felt better then any montblanc ink i have or any other ink i have. So I highly recommend this ink and brand. Amazing value for money. Absolutely love it.

Bardzo ciekawy atrament, ale nijak siÄ™ ma do nazwy. Nie jest zielony, ale raczej szary. Tylko na samym poczÄ…tku ma takÄ… nutÄ™ zielonego.

I love this color ink. Perfect shade of green to go along with the other J. Herbin inks. I have: Encre Violets, Poussiere de Lune, and Lie de The’. Please note, I’ve found this ink performs differently on different papers. I use it for journaling and sketches in Paperage, Moleskine, and Dick Blick Studio Sketchbook brand journals and and like the way it writes with a fountain medium nib pen. On printer paper, not so much. The ink dried in lighter and darker shades on the printer paper. I didn’t like it on recycled paper and there was some feathering on 100% rag WC paper when I used the fountain pen. The ink did well on WC paper with a WC brush.I would buy this color J. Herbin ink again.

Fantastic colour with smooth flow and fasting colour. While wet it shows a little darker hue, as it dries turns into bright and lighter shade as shown on the bottle label. I’m loving this olive green ink. I would say the colour is bright Sap Green very slightly towards lemon yellow. I’m using this in my waterman pen. Ink making writing more beautiful and sparkling. Though the higher price is making it expensive, no other quality/reputed brand having the colour. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a quality ink with a unique colour and ready to spend 800+ for 30 ml.

This is beautifully vivid intense turquoise ink. There is no sheen, and has minimal shading on Tomoe River paper. The main difference for me is that some inks cause my Montblanc 146 (two pens) to leak. But with this ink, there is no leaking. The ink is more watery than Diamine inks, but it still get a vivid color. The main problem is with the bottle design, it is impossible to use all the ink when the level gets low. You have to poor the ink into another bottle. The ink is also expensive per ml. The bottles are only 30ml vs 80ml for Diamine inks (around $15/bottle)

Such a beautiful happy color! I checked so many different shades of blues before I decided to get this one. it has caught my attention from the beginning and i kept coming to it.. it is not a deep blue and it is not a very pale blue, when you write with this color, you will see a gorgeous blue, like the blue you see in a swimming pool, and slightly darker than that. I mixed a few drops of this with the 'vert pre' by J. Herbin, and the green that I obtained was magnificent, just the right shade of emerald green, after using the prairie green 'vert pre' which was a bit too light on the white paper, I create the nicest green thanks to this blue. Buy it now and you will love it too. I am loving the J. Herbin products and I bought a few of their shades.. Good quality too.

If you look at the Serial Number on a 2009 series $10 bill, that what this color looks like to me. It feels like old money, military, faded green jeeps from the 50's...I love it! It's loaded in my noodlers Ahab Flex nib pen. It comes out wet but dries with NO feathering on cheap staples printer paper. On this paper there is no bleed with regular writing. At maximum soakage/pressure (remember this is a $20 pen so it takes extra pressure to spread the tines) there are traces of bleed through but you could probably still write on both sides of the page.Shades beautifully making it a good choice for monochromatice sketches and drawing. This is the only green so I have nothing to compare it to.Cons: This not a dark green...in fact it comes out very light when writing quickly with "normal" pressure. However, I just remembered the pen I am testing with. It comes with very conservative flow and you need to hack the nib if you want a gusher.Pros: This ink is great for lettering and drawing where you are looking at, and controlling the amount of ink being laid down on the paper.
