These work pretty good cleaning out hair and such and are plenty long enough to reach all the way down to the trap. The loop handle makes them easy to use. They are just a bit stiff which means they can be a challenge to get back out of the drain. The other drawback is they grab gunk in the drain that is then hard to get off them; I wound up washing them which sends the gunk right back down the drain!

Moved into a house and every plughole drained slowly. Didn’t hold out much hope for these when I revived them, but was pleasantly surprised. Used this to drag out all manner of horrible stuff from the plug-holes and now everything drains well (do this before trying to clean out the traps on sinks). No need for chemicals. I think you might be able to clean these and reuse them, but I decided not too (recycled them with plastics).

Don’t buy any of those expensive drain snakes, get these! They do the job just as well, come in a pack, and can reuse in multiple drains or do multiple passes without losing the teeth on the side. Shoutout to all the plummers out there too

This tool removed a lot of hair from within the drain. There isn't a lot of room for the product to twist, but by working slowly and steadily, I was able to remove the tool from the drain and a lot of hair too.

Absolute rubbish. Made more mess than they cleared. Not easy to use and too big for standard uk plughole so were difficult to pull out. Not fit for purpose.

Since this is a thin plastic, it's a little hard to control the position you want it to go. I gave it a 3-star because it got messy during the process. When pulling out of the drain, it flops around due to it being light and flimsy, and when it does that, the gunk that is on it splashes around too. Even when you pull it out slow, it wobbles around, and gets the gunk everywhere. However, it did help getting the out the drain.

We had a bathroom sink clogged with hair. Chemical decloggers gave only temporary relief. Rather than crawling under the sink to disassemble and reassemble the drain stopper raising and lowering mechanism and possibly replacing a clog problem with a leak problem, I decided to try this clog remover first. It has the great advantage of not having to remove the stopper to use it, plus its low price meant there was little risk in trying it. Bingo! It cleared the drain the first time my wife tried it! In fact, it was the first time she had used a snake of any sort, so no special skill required. A great time and arthritic knee saver.

I’m not one to write reviews, but this really delivers! I had a clogged bathroom sink and tried the usual baking powder with vinegar and hot water, but it didn’t budge. It just kept getting worse. I didn’t want to use chemicals because my cat likes drinking from the sink, which probably adds to all the hair that gets in there. I thought I’d give this a shot before spending $150 on a plumber since it’s so affordable and has so many good reviews. Boy oh boy in less than a minute the sink was as good as new! It couldn’t be easier to use and I don’t know why some folks are saying it is. You do have to apply some strength when pulling it out since after all you’re pulling out the massive clog with it, I mean dah! I inserted it down the drain, twisted, pulled it out and voila!!! I highly recommend it!!!
