I just moved into a new place a couple months ago and noticed some water pooling in the bottom of the tub. A friend recommended this product. I pulled all of that hair out after inserting the tool into the drain twice. My drain clears so fast now!

Had a bathroom sink clog. Wire hanger didn't work. Small plunger didn't work. But one of these did and a bunch of hair and gross, smelly black stuff came out. The clog drained after the first attempt. Did a few more attempts and pulled out a handful of hair/black goo after all attempts. Orange plastic prickly string thing worked. Rinsed off gross stuff from it very easily too.

since they are shipped wrapped up they keep that shape. When using the come to of the drain and splatter all over. Would be great if they were not curled up.

Firstly, this product took over a month to deliver. An insanely long time to deliver such a simple package.And when received, it unfortunately had no use whatsoever in UK plugholes. The wire is too wide and gets trapped in the drain when trying to pull out. The teeth get stuck and break inside the drain; likely to cause you further issues.Avoid altogether

No chance of getting this down a normal plughole e.g. bath. Worked well in basin where you don't have a grate / strainer type mechanism. Sadly can't replace other solutions to blocked bath drains.

This product is too wide to be used on the typical UK plug hole. When inserted and trying to extract it, the barbs catch on the plug hole and can snap off. You then have to somehow extract the broken section. Might be ok where there is just a hole but for those with six radial braces there isn’t t enough gap. Waste of money

I've bought these things before, another brand, and they were flimsy and only so-so. Recently I developed a hair clog in a bathroom sink, and figured I'd give these a try given the positive reviews. Glad I did! They're much sturdier than the ones I had before and it worked flawlessly, really grabbed the hair and buildup. I did get a little gunk flicking off as it came back up, but not bad. I will repurchase these! Super quick and easy way to unclog without chemicals, and I prefer to get rid of hair clogs vs try and force them down. They came individually wrapped, which I found overkill but I can appreciate the spikes are sharp/not something you want to accidentally snag and it makes for easy storage.

This came with a bunch of these. The design didn't exactly inspire faith that it would function. But, it did get a bunch of dark colored grime and some hair out of the drain and helped a little bit. May need to apply another one in the future, just to see if I can get more. Good for the money.From my experience: be prepared to throw it out... it isn't a salvageable product, and the scent of skin oils and cells clinging to hair and then stagnating in your pipes, will immediately hit you in the face. Just throw it away.
