After spending a small fortune at a local nationally known hardware store and being assured that it would fit which it didnāt, I returned everything because none of it worked. So I did a little research and found this, because my shower coming out of the wall is only 5ā 5ā high and Iām 6ā 3ā so I was almost bent double to take a shower. This has turned everything around. I have now ordered an 8ā rain shower head to go on this as well, and it is guaranteed to work with this fitting. So for a quarter of the cost of what I wouldāve spent in my big name local hardware store, Iāve completely re-fitted my shower. I highly recommend this item to anyone who is over 6 foot tall who is dealing with a short height shower head.

I bought this shower extension arm at the end of 2020 and never installed it because my bathroom refresh was delayed. When my husband installed it, there was a small leak. Then I wondered what would happen since I bought the product 2 years ago... I sent an email to customer service, along with a photo of the problem, and received an immediate response from Sean with instructions for a likely fix and the offer to replace promptly if needed. The simple fix worked and the extension arm looks, and works, great! The customer service from Sean was exceptional. Recommend this product and company! Don't make tall people squeeze under a short showerhead!

I like this product, it seems to be sturdy and all metal. It was easy to install and they provided the plumbers tape. They also provide extra washers. The downside, the washer on the device was already bad when they sent the product. So, I had to take everything apart and replace it straight out of the box. (Which on a side note, was easy to do as well!) I would have returned it but needed this product right away. Unfortunately, there is not a contact the seller option. But all around I am happy with this product.

I bought this one to replace one that was leaking ,wobbly and finally cracked the connector.It's much more solid than the old one, I agree with another reviewer that more rigid solid washers would be helpful. The crowned area in the lower adjustment makes the main pipe much more solid and appreciated for heavy shower heads, but also requires a little more effort to adjust. In my shower after finding the desired height there isn't need for change. The upper shower head end still has a slip type adjustment to adjust the angle of the shower. Frequently being adjusted It might be desirable, In my application the head has it's own angle adjustment so the crown type would be desirable keeping the head end more solid. One Issue not the fault of the extension, Is the connection to the wall pipe with tape and soft rubber washer, It is difficult to get the nut tight enough to keep the extension from slipping around the wall pipe , Over tightening squeezes the soft rubber seal washer into the wall pipe causing a leak without making the connection more solid. I used a more solid white plastic washer out of my plumbing collection and the problem was much better. A stack of thin metal,plastic and another thin metal washers might make the connection water tight and inflexible a single solid copper washer might do the trick. I'll try it when I find the parts I need.

The brushed nickel arm is well engineered, sturdy and beautiful. I am confident that the notched base joint will prevent any unwanted movement. Installation instructions are excellent and easy to follow. Took about 15 minutes to install as I read and followed each instruction. The first item I received leaked past one of the small internal orings creating a constant drip and occasional spray out of the adjustable base joint. I contacted the seller and sent a picture. I had a new package at my door the next day. The second arm has been installed for two days now, works great and has no leaks. I installed one of the new Moen Magnetix shower heads from Costco. It has the main head and a hand held spray head with hose. The arm easily supports the whole unit that weighs at most 3 lbs.
