Great product, worked well for our shower where the shower pipe is very high up. My husband and I are both around 5 feet tall. The way the shower was set up for very tall people, it did not work the way it was for us.

I am 6' 2" and with regular shower head height I am not able to shower without having to bend in some fashion. With this thing I am able to stand tall and get clean. It was easy to install. Doesn't leak. Esthetically pleasing. Great value.

When i am installing this extension arm, and i am trying to raised it to make the shower head higher, but when i tried to tighten the circle part (see photo), its just break.I hope i can get a replacement, if not a refund.Thanks

My old extension arm for my 10inch square rain shower head broke and I was looking for the perfect replacement because I’ve been without it for weeks having to use the one that came with the apartment temporarily. This arm ext does the job and then some! Super impressed with its sturdy and durable quality, it’s also great that it has the 2 separate arm parts because now my shower head actually sits above me horizontally as it should for the perfect rainfall experience and not pointed at me at an angle when using just a regular straight extension arm. It holds my shower head up without a problem and I have no doubts it will fall, my shower head is about 2.6lbs and it recommends nothing over 3lbs please weigh yours before buying although most ext arms I’ve seen have that limit.

Works well, for people talking about how it leaks could try adding some teflon take to the black seal, I got lucky and have a low ceiling in my shower so I rigged up a piece that holds the arm secure to the ceiling so I don't have to worry about it falling like other have mentioned.
