Installed a different configuration for overhead. But the unit looked nice. Customer service was excellent on return. Did buy and used other items from them, all look nice and am very pleased with function and finished looks.

Got this to replace our silver shower arm since we had a bronze shower head. Unscrewed the old one, put on some Teflon tape and screwed new one in. No leaks and looks far better.

Solid product! Very clean bright finish. Some of the brushed nickel is dark and dirty looking. Not this product. I bought two for both showers.

El tubo se siente solido y pesado, no puedo asegurar si es acero Inoxidable pero todo Indica que si (no soy Ingeniero metalurgico), Lo compré para reemplazar un tubo que estaba oxidado (se veian puntos de oxido por fuera); RECOMENDACION... Si vas a Reemplazar un tubo viejo te recomiendo que primero le pongas aflojatodo y lo dejes un buen rato antes de girarlo.... en mi caso al girar el tubo anterior "sin mucha fuerza" se capó y fue un relajo quitar el remanente pero al final quedo bien; lo que me confirmó que el tubo anterior estaba oxidado....le doy 5 estrellas, si estas viendo opciones te recomiendo tambien que trates de escoger uno que sea inoxidable, en mi caso primero compre una pequeña extensión para el interruptor (para cerrar el paso de agua mientras te enjabonas) dado que no lo alcanzaba alguien de la familia y el material de la extension se veia excelente...

I replaced a standard 6 inch shower arm with this 10 inch arm; this project's primary purpose was to bring a new rainfall shower head out a bit further away from the wall. The old shower arm and escutcheon plate were pretty beat-up after 17-plus years of service, with various caddies of different renters having been hung on that arm. This new arm and escutcheon plate's finishes were flawless out of the box, and my tub shower already looks a hundred-fold better, even with the same old shower handle fixture.The old arm came off easily and the threads in the wall pipe were in good shape, which helped minimize the risk of install complications. I used teflon tape and was pretty easily able to torque the new arm into place by hand. I then quite easily applied the brand new shower head on the distal end, using a plumber's wrench for a gentle last quarter-turn. I ran the shower for a least 5 minutes; using a flashlight & a pinkie finger, I could not see nor feel any signs of leaking in the wall hole (where the concern for leaking is most significant).The twelve dollar price point of this shower arm seems about right, based on my searches. This is just a simple shower arm, so I can't imagine any reason to go with a name-brand arm (paying 3 to 4 times more), unless you're (1) dealing with pipes OR a shower head of non-standard sizing, or (2) you don't have a standard finish on your bathroom hardware. This 10 inch arm comes in all of the basic finishes (chrome, brushed nickel, matte black, and oil-rubbed bronze), with the exception of polished brass; I needed basic chrome, so using this generic option was a no-brainer.This was not a free Vine item for me. I'm happy with my purchase and would not hesitate for even a moment to buy this product again.

Une fois en main on ne doute plus de la qualité...Tout est bien usiné et l'aluminium brossé dans mon cas semble parfait.Tout est très bien emballé et il y a même une jolie bobinette de Téflon pour faire l'étanchéité du pas de vis... !! Le luxe....
