I like the handheld spray shower, my partner likes the rain shower. This diverter arm solved that. It’s very sturdy and well finished. But people that are using it for the first time get confused thinking that the locker on the right side that adjusts the angle is the valve to change the water flux between the handheld shower head and the rain shower, leading it to unlock and collapse. It happened a couple of times with guests and the lady cleaner. The design should be improved to clarify that.

I love the extended arm my rain shower head works like a charm... my hubby and I can go under it and have it rain down on us while we shower the correct way. The hose is in a good spot not interfering with the rain head. Thank you

I ordered a huge decaura shower head, but frustratingly Decaura dont sell suitable shower arms. This was perfect as it easily fit the shower head and is adjustable. I'm not using the 3-way valve, but I like that I can add another flexible shower head later if I want.Looks and functionality aside, the quality is superb. The valve switch is just lovely - makes a beautiful soft little 'click' noise when you turn it. Just holding it you can just feel how good the quality isThis really was the perfect shower head arm for me.

Couldn’t even install arm because it was missing connection piece. Instructions are not clear. Annoyed with the whole process and the fact that I had to purchase an arm separate from the rain fall shower head I also purchased from them.

It's know possible for either of us to use each other's shower. Beforehand only one of us could stand under the showerhead as it would fall down from the weight. With this the showerhead is so high and doesn't fall down at all.

Highly recommend this for anyone using a shower maker. The design allows a wider range of motion.I combined this with a different handheld shower that comes with a holder but it works.Keep in mind, a filter will connect but not completely flush since the nozzle is longer than the diverter's socket, but it will not leak when combined with teflon (7-8 wrap arounds). Another review mentioned it didn't fit, but mines did. I used one from AquaBliss.I'm surprised other shower heads with rainmakers don't use this design. I had one that was a straight line and it wouldn't angle downwards enough, which resulted in water not reaching certain rows of the shower head.Since the downward angle is achievable, the water pressure, even combined with a filter, was good.I will note that the part that I did have to use Teflon to the part that connects the shower head to the arm even though the instructions said to use a washer and no teflon needed.Without the teflon, the shower head leaked a bit on the top. But I followed the instructions that came with the shower head originally (different brand) and it stopped leaking. The end result was no washer + teflon on the tip of the arm.Other than that, don't hesitate to buy this and experiment with teflon.
