A few reviewers mentioned it gushing water from the swivel area. This is a user error on their part. The seal in the female side is accomplished with the included rubber washer. They actually include several with different thickness for flexibility, but you have to use one of them to seal.I was concerned that the thread was some European standard that wouldn’t fit my US standard threads but it fits and works great. Used with speakman handheld.

Elbow was great quality and made the angle of our handheld shower so much more ergonomic and efficient. Paired perfectly with our matte black Kohler fixtures.

The threads do not match up well with the Kohler Prone shower head I have. It will leak and be careful not to strip the threads on the Kohler unit while trying to tighten it all up.

Works as it should. Lost a star for design. Indents for wrench to tighten onto spout are too small for conventional wrenches to fit.

I use this product when changing a shower head to hand held so the handheld hose gets redirected some to not land in the middle of the shower valve.
