Doesnt fit drop ear. It acts like it wants to thread but then just stops. I bought two ajd tried both on two separate drop ears. Neither combination works. Seems to be of decent quality material though.

I’ve tired every thing I could think of to get this extension ( including calling my brother for suggestions) to not leak and nothing could stop it. Yes I used rubber washers ( even went to Home Depot and got different ones) and taped the threads many different times trying more layers and less layers of the Teflon tape. I can’t in good conscience recommend this product. It’s junk.

This product was a lifesaver completely would’ve had to cut the drywall out to replace the showerhead receptacle without this piece.

Only the female end is 1/2” NPT , not sure what the male thread is…..

The thread doesn't fit in drop ears of pex piping, it can barely catch the thread, it doesn't go all the way in
