seam like good quality, they are the exact same as a bunch of maple syrup filters on amazon, these do not fir an 8" china hat sieve or a 10" filter basket as illustrated, they are built to be hung from a dowel.I want these in the size to fit an 8" china hat to stream line my production process and keep my hands burn free.

I actually use this to help process some blackberries for jelly and a cradled my filter and allowed me to put a lot of pulp in as the Jew strained out the bottom, but I will in the future hopefully next spring be able to use it for the Pennsylvania maple syrup season which I’m gonna get into

I started tapping maples and making syrup a few years ago and had purchased some heavy-duty paper filters to filter my finished product, but it did make me feel guilty using disposable filters. I was happy to find these since I can just wash and reuse them, and they seem to have just as good filtering strength. These would also be good for tasks like filtering cooking oil or stock.
