I wanted a hydrometer to test alcohol content in homemade wine. This product doesn't do that , or is incapable of doing that. The ad for this product did not state that..

Beautiful hydrometer, Quality packaging.Unfortunately it ends there. First one broke with a gentle tap on the bottom of the flask. Second one blew out first use, gently placed in the flask 60° alcohol poured in.Haven't used the third one yet. Saving it for later disappoint.

I broke one so needed more and this is a great price to get extras. They are fragile as I’ve broken many of them in the past, none were from this supplier, but their price is great.
