The 3/4 in. 720A Pressure Vacuum Breaker Assembly protects against backsiphonage in high health hazard, non-potable residential and commercial irrigation applications. The 720A includes an approved check valve, vacuum relief, two test cocks, and inlet and outlet full port resilient seated shut-off valves. It also features a maximum pressure of 150 psi and a temperature range of 33°F to 110°F. The corrosion-resistant internal parts and all bronze bonnet and body construction provides added strength and protection against light freezes, while the test cocks on center line of valve allow for installation versatility.

This Wilkins Series 720A pressure vacuum breaker assembly is designed for installation on potable water lines to protect against back-siphonage of contaminated water into the potable water supply. Assembly shall provide protection where a potential health hazard exists.

The build quality of this back-flow preventer is amazing. It fit perfectly and did not leak. I have bought cheaper versions before that leaked out of the box. I would highly suggest this.

Bought this replace the one I had that cracked during a freeze a couple of years ago. The city I live in requires your backflow prevention valve be inspected yearly even if you don’t use your sprinkler system. Plumber wanted to charge me over $500 to replace this. I bought this valve and with just another $10 in supplies I was able to switch it out with the new valve. Had it inspected and it passed with flying colors.

I had to put one in because of my sprinkler system. It's a little spendy, but worth it,good quality and easy to install. Make sure you know how to install it properly,( you tube video )

Had one of these on our property that works with our pool auto filler, and it started leaking, but it was like 9 years old and had been out in the Arizona heat doing a good job all those years. Jumped on Amazon, ordered a new one, had a local plumber put it in, and it works fantastic! Plumber installed it in about a half an hour. I included before and after photos of our old one and new one. I recommend this product, but do recommend covering it in extremely cold weather.

Product was well built and solid. Did what it was supposed to.Unfortunately, I found out that even though I was installing the vacuum breaker on my irrigation system, my municipality requires that the device meet low lead requirements for potable water systems since I was tapping into their drinking water system.Ended up replacing with a substantially more expensive "Low-Lead Law Compliant" Wilkins/Zurn 1-760XL.Fortunately I had ordered the 1-720A on Amazon and was able to return in hassle free for a full refund.

Purchased this to replace my Toro Pressure Vacuum Breaker which lasted for > 10 years.This unit is made of solid brass, so of better quality and should be more durable and last for some length of time. It is also a preferred product used by some landscaping companies for code approval.Detailed Installation, Maintenance, Testing and Troubleshooting Instructions are provided.Installation was easy with some plumbing knowledge. If uncertain hire a professional.As shown in my pic, two PVC unions were added for future ease in maintenance activities.This was done to compensate for the unions which were inbuilt into the previous valve.Also if new install, give at least 1.5 times unit width all the way around to assist work effort.All in all, it is solid and has been working well thus far. Will monitor and update later.

Very good product. Exactly as described. Easy setup. Read the instructions, the diaphragm will leak on initial startup.

Solid, heavy, the real deal.It's more economical to buy 1" and then 1" to 3/4" PVC adapters than to buy the 3/4" version of the vacuum breaker.I decided against paying 50% more for a frost-safe model because in either case they both should connected with unions to the sprinkler system, and disconnected and stored indoors during winter.
