Oxygen Inhalator is mainly used in the oxygen supply system

2-1.Oxygen flow range:1~10L/Min 1~15L/Min
2-2.Pressure reducing range:2.0~3.0kg
2-3.Relief valve Pressure range:(3.5kg±0.5kg)
3、Appliance introduction:
3-1.Before using, please fill pour clear water into moisture bottle about one third
reaching water line site.
3-2.DF-2 blind nut straw into bolt head, make the pipe of flow meter square water line.
3-3.Put off regulator(9),put on oxygen tube switch, so you will the data from needle position of pressure gauge(2).At last, straw flow on/off at anti clockwise according to need, adjust switch.
3-4.If you need oxygen for a long time,can use the pipe to help absorb oxygen.
3-5.Moisture bottle(20) circles at clockwise,adjust(17) oxygen hole to other site.
4、Attention point
4-1.Before using the suction, you will check all parts bad or good and clean it by drying cloth.
4-2.Pressure gauge(2),regulator(3) no oil, otherwise explode
4-3.Clearwater in moisture bottle keeps clean
4-4.There is adjustable nut(6) in the front of plunder shall be straw at clockwise.
4-5. Relief value(7)(15) keeps out of danger.
4-6.After using suction, put off the oxygen tube switch, make rest oxygen out, pressure gage to zero site,last put off flow switch if using again, first put on the oxygen tube switch,avoidexploding
4-7.The product must be examined periodical, at least once every 6 month

- Use:
- It is mainly used in the oxygen supply system of the oxygen supply and scientific research institutions, industrial and mining, etc. The oxygen inhaler has precise flow and is easy to use and safe. It is an essential equipment for oxygen supply system.
- Working Principle:
- The role of the oxygen inhaler is to provide continuous constant pressure and flow of oxygen to use. The bottle-inserted oxygen inhaler uses the self-contained pressure reducing device to reduce the high pressure in the oxygen cylinder (15Mpa pressure at the full bottle) to the low pressure (0.2~0.2Mpa) suitable for use, and then output it.
- The wall-inserted oxygen inhaler has an input pressure of 0.2 to 0.4 MPa, so it is not necessary to decompress and directly output.
- Operation method:
- 1. Add distilled water to the humidification cup. The water level in the bottle cannot be higher than the upper water line, but not lower than the lower water line. It is forbidden to use normal saline instead.
- 2. Before inserting the inhaler into the oxygen supply terminal socket, turn off the flow adjustment switch and adjust the direction of the oxygen quick plug, and then insert the quick plug into the oxygen supply terminal socket. When you hear a "click" sound and see the oxygen supply terminal When the locking sleeve of the socket slides automatically, it indicates that the quick plug and the oxygen supply terminal socket have been connected and locked.
- 3. Insert the oxygen inhalation tube into the oxygen supply connector before supplying oxygen, and then turn the flow adjustment switch counterclockwise to turn on the origin, so that the float rises slowly (the scale line aligned with the center of the float is the flow reading, and the unit is liters/min) , The oxygen supply can be adjusted accordin
