I use these to feed my 4 month old bearded dragon and they work great and unlike the metal ones when she grabs the plastic edges it doesn't rip her lips or her mouth, she also understands that when I pull out the yellow tongs and open her door she'll come running over to her enclosures door. It's quite funny how in just almost 2 months she understands exactly what these mean! Food!

My gecko loves these. She has been super lazy lately, and just does not enjoy hunting for her food. She lets it all run around the cage and pays no mind (also she is partially blind, so she struggles anyways). So, I went ahead and bought these tongs, now when she is hungry, she constantly looks up for the magical yellow food bearing tongs. They are nice and dull so there is no chance of impalement or your pet getting hurt when using to feed. Great tongs for the value!

Not much to say about this product. Got what I paid for and it works well. Plastic is good because my lizard doesn’t hurt her mouth when she accidentally bites it. Easy to hold the insects and has a good grip

These tongs are great for picking up insects and they allow me to create a stronger bond with my beardie during feeding time. They are great for picking up dubia roaches and crickets, but superworms are a bit of a challenge.

The product works well as it is intended for. The price is also fair for it being just a plastic set of tweezers. I ordered this one for a little less than the last one that I had after it broke. This one i by the same company and seem to be similar in quality. The main difference is that the other one had better texture on the tips for grasping bugs and food. It seems that you have squeeze things a little harder to hang on to them.

Best little tool for feeding my gecko. I didn't like using the metal tongs since his little mouth hits it when he goes for the food. This one works great and grips the food better than others. I wish there was a longer one for feeding my tarantula.

These feeding tongs are a lifesaver for my turtle and I. I used to have a blunt pair, but they somehow got lost, so I began feeding my turtle with regular tweezers. She has always been a bit...overzealous with food. Feeding her isn't difficult (I've had her for 20+ years, so she knows me well and takes care not to bite), but there are some foods that she gets really excited about. The biggest culprits are shrimp, mealworms, and crickets. She'd get so excited that she'd snatch them off the tweezers whenever I'd feed her. It would always alarm me, because I was afraid that I was scratching the inside of her mouth/throat; I kept worrying over it every time I fed her.I finally began searching on Amazon, but many were still too sharp on the end for my liking. One wrong move and I could poke her eye out or scratch her neck or head. I finally found these, and was delighted, because they were perfect for what I needed. They arrived at my doorstep within two days (prime for the win!) and I put them to the test. They do have a bit of a learning curve, because holding stuff isn't quite as easy as it was with my other feeding tweezers, but it's easy to get used to. They're also a bit bigger than what I was used to, but again, I adjusted quickly. I fed her several pieces of shrimp and a few crickets, and it was SO much easier. I didn't worry when she'd snatch them off the tweezers and would grab hold of the ends.Needless to say, these feeding tweezers/tongs have helped me chill out around feeding time now! lol I'd definitely recommend them.

I am always concerned that even the soap I use to wash my hands before feeding my fish will cause a problem. I love how easy it is to feed them now, and I can use it to crush the flakes to the right size as well as to easily extract the sinking pellets for my sweet corys.

These feeding tongs are GREAT. I use them for my White's Tree frog who is partially blind so she needs me to hand feed her food. When I used regular tweezers the metal would cut her face. These plastic tongs are gentle enough so when she bites them, they don't hurt her. I love the bright color (they're always easy to find) and it makes such a difference knowing that my pet is safe. They tongs are also a great size, larger then tweezers so your hands are safe from your bitting pet, but close enough so that they're easy to manage. I'd buy these over similar products that are too large, or made of metal any day.
