I received this "6 Pack Piercing Taper Ball Grabber Tool for Changing Jewelry 316l Stainless Steel Threaded Push in Threadless Labret Tragus Helix Conch Pierc Clamps Ear Nose Septum Assistant Tool" to try. I have my tragus pierced on both ears, multiple cartilage piercings and my nose pierced. I really hoped that this would help me change my tragus piercings because those are so challenging to change, but after trying for over 30 minutes, I just can't get it. I also tried to use this to screw the flat backs on my cartilage piercings, and my hand ended up working better. It DOES grip the ball ok, but I just couldn't get it - which might be user error or lack of experience using this tool on my part. The tool itself is exactly as shown in photos, but felt cheap. The ball on the end of the "button" unscrewed almost immediately, and when pushing the button, it felt like grinding - not very smooth.

Why did you pick this product vs others?:This is a good set to use for Piercing.  I'm not sure what the point of the picker upper thing is when you're feeling with such small implements as as needles and earrings and whatnot. But it does a good job of grabbing and holding things so that's at least good.
