My dog loves it but he doesn’t know how to put the balls back in the thing and instead keeps it in his bed (because he’s a Yorkie) until there are no more in the toy. Works otherwise

i will be returning the one i got in hopes of getting one that works proper. the power cord connection is not right.. if i move the cord it sometimes works and other times no power. if i get it to work and dont move it its fine for a bit but then losses power again.. Other then that my dog love it . the balls are perfect for her. it launches nicely for indoors .happy but not happy with this product.

Would be a five star but I may revise after 6 months trouble free use….dog loves the sound it makes before ball is ejected. Distance of ball toss is not consistent but not a deal breaker. Pretty much as advertised and delivery was intact and prompt! There is no toy that we’ve purchased that makes our pup as crazy as this! LOVES IT, so far the mechanism works reliably and I’m happy with this purchase

This product is great quality and keeps my dog well entertained! My dog loves this launcher and is still learning how to put it back in the ball pit to launch again... definitely recommend buying this product

It works fine the first evening. We only used it inside for a little bit. Maybe like 30 minutes. In a couple times second evening. It was clean no problems.That was it… The lights in the back light up and that’s all it does. Life has been busy lately so I lost track of time. Otherwise I would’ve definitely returned this, so just don’t waste your money and buying it in the first place.

Just bought it for my border collie of medium size. I had seen the size advertised (mini balls) yet, I was wondering and relied on pictures of dogs with the Ball in their mouth. Don’t. Obviously, pictures are not showing good proportion with medium dogs like mine. This is good only for small dogs with small mouths like terrier or king Charles.I recommend to the seller to take out the pictures and stick to small dogs public.

Small but mighty! My Catahoula loves her launcher and these balls hold up. I was afraid she'd bite down and they'd split, but not the case.

My dog loves this ball machine! The only complaints I have are-I do not think the fabric coated balls are a good match for this machine due to the fact that the dog gets them all wet with slobber which makes them stick in the machine. You have to remove and dry off some and let them finish air drying before use again.. I ended up buying about 10 extra balls at the store so I could swap them out once they get too wet.. The balls that are 1.97 to 2 inches work great.. anything heavier will inhibit the machine from working properly..Also, its very hard to clean this machine inside due to the shape of it.. cleaning properly is a must or you risk the inside part gumming up and reducing the life and operation of the machine. He is addicted to this machine to the max! It's great for indoors and outdoors!!! Will be ordering an extra one today.

After reviewing a bunch of similar products and seeing a mix of good and poor reviews, I just did a hail-Mary and ordered this one since it was returnable. While my dog definitely hasnt gotten the hang of it yet, it definitely works well! It shoots the ball further than I expected it to when its on the longest setting! It sounds kinda like a vacuum machine when its gearing up to launch the ball, which I think is a little intimidating for my girl and is making our training take a little longer.. but its a quality machine!

I bought this to take outside and play with pups. Bought 8 brand new batteries (difficult to install) and the big moment!!....NOTHING. Reinstalled batteries 4 times just incase my college brain was lapsing..still nothing. So used the adapter and walah...we have action. Now to find an extension cord that will reach to the dog park. 🙄

Bought this trying to replace the one we had previously for my dog. He learned how to put the ball in the launcher which was great! The old one worked kind of like a conveyor belt with little nubs on it that could launch multiple balls one after the other due to the spacing between nubs. This one has a little lever at the back that propels the ball up to the spinners. The little lever needs to be in just the right place at just the right time or it gets stuck and can't launch. So I returned this one and ordered my old one. The machine has been received for some time, and so far, I have become familiar with its operation. It can be plugged in or used with 8 battery. However, the sound is a bit loud and the dog is a bit scared. I need to spend some time playing with my dog. I have been teaching him how to put the ball into the launcher, and I believe he will soon learn. The ball is very bite resistant, but it may not be suitable for large dogs,because it is relatively small and easy to swallow. My children are also very interested in this dog launcher, and they often take it to play in the yard themselves.
