I was hoping I could give this a better review. I was very excited to try this cleaner. I dropped it in my pool and it stays at 1 end of the pool and never goes to the other end .so I tried dropping it in the other end to see if it would do the same thing so at least I could get the pool cleaned on both sides ...no didn't work it cleans for a little bit but not thoroughly and goes back up to the shallow end of the pool. So, needless to say, my deep end of the pool never looks clean. I contacted this manufacturer 3 different times by email. And unfortunately, they have never answered me, so needless to say I have to give this a no.

I’m so disappointed this robotic cleaner didn’t live up to its advertisement. My last robotic cleaner (another WYBOT Cordless Robotic Pool Cleaner) which I absolutely loved broke & I needed another one. I would have happily purchased the same one again but was unavailable on Amazon. While the price of this was cheaper & the reviews were decent (also it was advertised as 2024 new & improved) I bought it. I followed the instructions, fully charged it & ran a 120 min cycle…it did not run that long nor did it clean a quarter of the pool. I charged it again & tried a few days later- it did the same thing. Last try I ran it without the “filter” which is just a piece of foam it ran for about 90mins & picked up a little more debris but still didn’t clean the whole pool (I have an 18’ x 52” round above ground pool) not hugeMy advise is bite the bullet & spend the extra $100 for a better robotic cleaner. Returning for a refund

Charged the unit than it was very hard to open the unit to check filters once opened the inside was in ten pieces all broken up. It's a disgrace that something in this condition could be shipped.

First time I pulled it out of the pool it fell apart. Both the latches fell completely off

Work on in ground round bottom pool. Pick up very efficiently better than cord vacuum system. Good vacuum performance so far and ease of use . Good value for the price .
