The claw on the left is bent out and won't grab on to the terminal properly. I will order another and hope for the best. A simple 2 second inspection would catch this defect.

The white rollers on the adjustable arms were crushed when I used item to remove wiper arm. I was able to easily remove them from vehicle.

I ordered this for my restoration project. This arrived on time and as described. The pullers are of good quality and work as described.If you have ever tried to replace wiper arms on an old vehicle especially one that has been sitting for a while this is a must have.Especially since you don't have to worry about prying it with the wrong tool and ultimately breaking your windshield. I'm pleased with it and recommend it.

I’ve been trying to change the wiper arm on my wife’s SUV for awhile now but the dang thing just didn’t want to come off and with it being glass right there you definitely don’t want to beat on it with a hammer. So I saw this little tool and seen that’s what it was designed to do and by golly it did it and it worked great. We own 3 vehicles with the wipers on the back glass so I’ll get some use from it but the nice thing is it supposedly works well for wipers on the windshield also and I don’t see any reason why it wouldn’t. So if you don’t want to take it to a garage just for a wiper arm don’t risk busting out the glass get this tool. It worked for me and it doesn’t take a a rocket scientist to figure it out. After all I’m a truck driver and I did it in just about 10 minutes start to finish. Well worth the price compared to the purchase of new glass in case of a mistake.
