2 removers have already broke and cracked during standard removal of wiper arms. Insanely poor quality. Save your money and buy a better product. This is no good.

I am an auto glass installer, so pulling wiper arms is a daily occurrence. The tool that looks like a battery post puller broke the second time I used it, but I already had a similar tool that works great. The three black tools have been real handy.
