I ordered this windshield wiper arm puller to use in my home shop. It's a great concept, however, it is not universal and does not fit every make and model of vehicle. For example, it works fine on both arms of a 2004 VW Jetta, however, it only worked on the driver's side of a 2008 Chrysler Town and Country - the passenger side of the Chrysler is much wider than the tool can accommodate.
