I have Carpal Tunnel and wrist brace helps me so much. The ability to adjust the brace for the amount of compression I need is wonderful. Not to mention there 2 in a pack. The braces are washable and do hold their shape. The braces were a good buy.

I got these to be able to take on trips that I might have access to weights for continuing my weightlifting while traveling. I didn't want to take my big braces because they take up too much space in my suitcase. These worked great so I can't wait to use them on my trips

These are very easy to put on and give good support for most exercise. I use them indoors for dumbells as my wrists have arthritis. They are not as durable for outside and others of tougher material. But they do fit and support well for indoor activity and easy to hand wash.
