I have been struggling with numbness and pain in my hands and fingers. Especially while sleeping. I work on computers so thinking it's signs of carpal tunnel, ugh. I bought a couple of wrist braces and the work great on the computer but not at night. These are absolutely 💯 exactly what I needed! Pain and numbness is gone. They work so well for me, I bought another pair. They provide just the right amount of compression to do the job but not so tight to cut off the circulation. I am a 63 year old, larger woman and I bought sz S/M. I love them!

I like how it's made and it seems durable and comfortable and supportive but it is a little bit big. If you're wondering which size to order, order the smaller one. It is a good brace though. Helps my wrist to not hurt

It's a bit loose right in the spot where the wrist bends, which is unfortunate considering these are meant for wrist compression. I'm a small person with thin wrists so I assume this would be fit the average person better. Just not me.They are quite comfortable though.
