I tried to make this brace work for a few weeks and decided to return it. I have Ulnar Impaction Syndrome and am trying to put off surgery for as long as possible. I was hoping to find a brace that offered some type of stability or pain relief and this one is completely useless for my needs. As other reviewers have mentioned, the hole where the ulnar bone goes doesn’t stay in place and the brace constantly slides around the wrist. You have to keep repositioning it which is super annoying. It’s not a fit problem, it’s a design issue. If you move the wrist in any direction, the bone slips out of the hole. My ortho surgeon said there are no braces that can help with UIS so if that’s your issue, save your money!

This thing is amazing. I started having wrist pain when playing tennis and I didn't really pay attention to it until I realized it wasn't going away on its own. It only mainfested itself when I hit heavy topspin on my forehand, caught a volley at a bad angle, or sometimes with my backhand. So, I looked around online and concluded I had a TFCC tear. I tried vibration dampeners which didn't really do much. I tried some wrist braces which may or may not have helped -- placebo effect. I put this brace on and hit some balls and it seemed to help. So I kept using it and sure enough, each time out my wrist felt a little better, so I think it's working.I am comfortable now to swing freely without thinking about my wrist, which is the best part. I'm going to keep wearing it for maybe a full year, since it's so comfortable and you don't even notice it when playing. It's looks and feels just like a wrist band. It's small, compact, made of good material, and well engineered. It's a little expensive compared to the other wrist braces I saw, but it's worth the extra money for the comfort, style, and the fact that it seems to work!

Having broken a wrist as a child, I’ve lately been trying this Bullseye Brace to help stabilize it and reduce tendon/joint discomfort during exercise, martial arts training, or when lifting heavy objects. Some folks seem to have their old wrist injuries practically disappear when wearing this brace. Such is not the case for me—but it does significantly reinforce the weakness of that wrist and somewhat reduce the tendon pain in the limb, while the hands and wrist joint maintains an ideal flexibility and functionality. Most other braces for the wrist severely limit the range of movement while also not providing as many (or any) of the benefits of this one. It is a bit expensive compared to other braces, and honestly seems like it could be cheaper, but addresses a specific niche of wrist injuries (old, fixed injuries which have left behind some frustrating issues of functionality—as opposed to new, less severe/permanent injuries like sprains and tendonitis, which require different wrist devices for different accommodation). To pay 1.5x, 2x or 3x the price of generic braces manufactured in larger quantities, which are designed for treatments of less severe or permanent wrist issues, would feel more reasonable if the Bullet brace were more refined in design or more durable. I wish it were a bit lower in price so customers who need it could easily buy two or three, perhaps using one daily for work (especially if work involves regular physical labor), and one to keep on hand for exercise, sports, traveling, etc. It would be nice to try different sizes without being frustrated by the cost if one fits poorly. This is a very helpful and welcome product and design and hopefully it becomes more widely accessible and available in the future.Update: 4.5 just because as others have said, it seems to take some sports tape on the inside to keep it from slipping down the forearm slightly. Not a huge deal, but it makes the price feel silly. It’s effective, though.

I have been using the velcro widget I received at my doctor's office for over a year - overdue for a new one. This one far exceeds the one I got at the doctor's office. It's more comfortable, better size and support and the doughnut hole that goes over your wrist bone that I though was metal is rubber! Overall I am extremely pleased but I didn't give a 5 star because the price for the materials seems high. Hopefully, it will last at least as long as the cheap one I got at the doctor's office. Highly recommend if you can afford this one. P.S. Hand washable.
