Cuff seems to measure way too high. I was getting concerned because it was consistently high suddenly. I measured with the traditional arm cuff and I got 137/73. Immediately I used a wrist cuff and it read 190/109

Purchased this 6 months ago and after getting extreme high readings compared it to the BP monitor at the internal medicine physician’s office. The physician used their calibrated machine and I used this BP machine. This machine consistently read 35 to 40 points HIGH on both the top and lower numbers. Tested this multiple times with the same result. Physician said not to use this machine. This machine is useless and I am discarding it.

I have an arm blood pressure cuff that used to compare this with. This came without batteries, takes two AAA batteries and is simple as pressing a button.Definitely finicky though. You'd have to use it either sitting or laying down, with your arm around heart level. I tried to take it with my arms at my side and it was incredibly inaccurate.Using it sitting with arm at heart level & resting was more accurate, with a +/- 5-10 points on the systolic and +/- 3-5 points on the diastolic #Overall, it's a compact and travel friendly BP cuff. Might be a little bit finicky though.

This blood pressure monitor was very easy to figure out with the directions given. it did require to AAA batteries that did not come with it. My wrist is very small and it still fit fine. Once I got my reading I'm not sure how accurate it is as you can see by the picture it is very low according to what the normal is. I do run on the low side but I don't know that I've ever seen it that low. So as far as calibration I may have to go to my doctor and have them tested and then do this around the same time to check and see the accuracy however everything worked really good on it otherwise. It is nice that it keeps a record and you can do two users and keep a history for both people. Edit: my mom was going to the Dr so I had her check it against her Dr's office. She and her Dr stated that it was approximately 10 points off which is very common with these wrist style models but even her Dr said with that it is a good at home monitor.

As I get older, I find myself worrying about things like high blood pressure and other age-related issues. I thought I should get a portable wrist blood pressure monitor so that I could check my blood pressure quickly. This monitor is lightweight and compact, making it convenient to carry anywhere. The adjustable wrist cuff is suitable for most wrist sizes. Using the monitor is straightforward, with a one-button operation. Just press the "Start" button, and it will measure your blood pressure and pulse rate automatically. One useful feature is the memory function, which can store up to 120 sets of readings for two users. The monitor also provides a Blood Pressure Classification Indicator based on international guidelines, helping you understand your blood pressure levels. One thing to keep in mind is that the accuracy of wrist blood pressure monitors may vary compared to more traditional upper-arm monitors, and factors like positioning and body posture can affect the readings. I tried doing three readings in a row and got different results each time, although they were within an acceptable deviation from each other. Additionally, this monitor doesn't come with batteries, so you'll need to provide your own 2 AAA batteries (and I have plenty at home). In summary, the Windray Automatic Digital Wrist Blood Pressure Monitor is a convenient and portable option for monitoring your blood pressure. While it may not be as accurate as some upper-arm monitors, it can provide a useful indication of your blood pressure trends.

After recently being told I had some increased blood pressure and cholesterol. I decided it was time to snag one of these little wrist BP cuffs to help monitor my BP. It is super easy to use and I feel like the pressure matches what my manual cuff is reading. (yes, I have a manual cuff and my husband uses it when he is home but it’s really really hard to do on yourself, hence the wrist cuff) It appears to be great quality, and the batteries are lasting a really long time. The screen is really easy to interpret, and it comes with clear directions on use.
