This product is complete crap it doesn't even work properly the cuff does not squeeze on your wrist to take your blood pressure and that is a requirement of an item like this to squeeze your arm or your wrist to you take your blood pressure so I would recommend not buying this item I would recommend that to anyone and everyone don't buy this product

This Wrist Blood Pressure Monitor seems to work well. Easy to install the included batteries and set time and date, the instructions are easy to understand and follow making setup fairly simple.I have very small wrists and was concerned that this might be a problem but it's not. The wrist band has a firm curve and structure and then the velcro strap fastens to hold it in place and it's got plenty of room for a large arm. There are settings to keep two records on the device. The pressure is activated by pressing a button and the results are spoken by a pleasant voice whose volume you can turn up, down or off.Overall, a very nice device, simpler than an upper arm band, you do need to hold the hand/device at heart level for an accurate reading. My readings are consistent with my last readings at my doctor's office. Comes with a plastic storage case, very nice blood pressure monitor device.

This wrist blood pressure monitor was really easy to set up and use. The batteries (2x AAA) are included, and the process for setting the date/time was straightforward and clearly explained. The volume of the voice broadcast is set to 3 be default, which I found pretty loud. You can adjust the volume from 0 (silent) to 4.The display is easy to read even though it isn't backlit, and it will also tell you your reading out loud if the sound is on. It also indicates the range your blood pressure falls into (according to general WHO guidelines, rather than anything customizable). There are two memory files for saving the most recent 90 readings each, and it also calculates a rolling average of your last 3 readings.I find it much easier and more comfortable to use than an arm cuff monitor. It seems reasonably accurate as far as I can tell, including the pulse readings which track with my Fitbit. The storage case is nothing too special, but it's convenient. Value-wise, it seems on the more affordable side (~$20) compared to other options on the market with similar feature sets. I'm happy with it overall.
