This item is very inaccurate! I took it to my Cardiologist and compared by BP using my wrist cuff with their arm cuff. 220/110 with the wrist cuff. Only 149/89 using theirs.

This was the least extensive wrist cuff, and it works well, so I consider it a good value. Note that it requires 2 AAA batteries, not included. The unit has a few disadvantages: (1) Unlike more expensive models, it is not backlit. So the overhead lights need to be on to read it. Personally, I prefer the room lighting to be subdued when taking my blood pressure. (2) The control buttons at the base of the until - Set, Mem, On/Off - get in the way when you're trying to mount the unit on your wrist. This can result in accidently changing the settings, or turning the unit on or off before you're ready. (3) The master data delete sequence described in the instructions seems not to work. There are 2 memories, so 2 people can store their readings. I was able to delete individual readings. (4) A few of the instructions were vague or confusing. There is not a booklet, but a large piece of paper folded up into a small square. (5) The storage case is barely large enough, and it's black, making it to find in your house in some cases.I'm still glad I bought it, though. Good luck!

This product is so easy to open and put and read, it also speaks your reading which is even better for such a low cost, I was presently surprised it came with it's on plastic case for protection. All I can say is so far it's perfect will definitely buy from this seller again π

When I first used this cuff, I was getting extremely high readings but I realized that I was measuring with the gauge on the top of my wrist. When I switched it to the bottom of my wrist (vein side), the measurements were more consistent with my other cuffs. As compared to two upper arm cuffs I have (A&D UA-651L-AC and Omron Intellisense BP742N), this wrist cuff reads consistent with the others. By "consistent", I mean it is in the same ballpark. Blood pressure is never exactly the same even when repeating measurements with the same cuff. Heart rate is about right. It is very finicky. The cuff re-inflates often and frequently errors out, so you may have to run several times before you can get a finished reading.Does not come with batteries. With new batteries, the display is weak and hard to read. The voice is annoying, in poor English and wastes a lot of time voicing units - "millimeters of mercury pillar", and other useless verbiage like "thank you, wish you a good health" at the end of the measurement.Between the finicky measurement behavior and the other annoying features, I am wondering whether this is worth keeping, or whether I should just return it. It is certainly not going to work for the purpose I bought it for - it is too slow with the re-inflates and errors.
