Purchased this wrist blood pressure monitor to replace a brand we’d had that quit working. Ratings seemed ok. Specifically got THIS MODEL because of the TRI-COLOR BACK-LIT SCREEN and ease of reading. After receiving, upon set-up, the only thing to appear on screen was ERROR 4. We went to the website and found out ERROR 4 was a software problem and we were told to return the item. I did not reorder same thing because it didn’t say if the software problem was fixed…because of low vision I really need the back-lit screen and that is very difficult to find in a wrist monitor. Very disappointed.

This reader is accurate, easy to use, small enough that it’s easily portable and functions well. Now, the downside to it is that if you just want a reader that’s quiet, this isn’t the one to purchase. There is no way to turn the voice reader off, as far as I’m aware. I went through the instruction pamphlet that came with it and for the life of me, couldn’t figure it out. So be aware that you’ll have a voice constantly reading your results to you.
