I am a RN; while it is easy to use, I have compared this wrist cuff versus manual cuff readings for the past 6 weeks— this cuff is about 20 points lower on the systolic readings than all the manual cuff readings when tested within 2 minutes of each other, which is not a good problem for those using it for medication dosages and overall health!! Guarantee you that your actual BP readings are higher than what this wrist cuff is showing.

Works great. Purchased for my mom to use she is very tiny and needed one that will be adjustable to be very small.

The BP wrist blood pressure monitor is very nice, easy to use and easy to read. My only complaint is that no matter how many times I've turned off the volume and set it to off, it comes back on every time I use it and that's very annoying. It seems to be pretty accurate, but I'll know later this month when I go to my doctor appointment and have them take my BP and I'll check that against the BP wrist monitor for accuracy.UPDATE:I tested my BP at my doctor's appointment and my BP that my doctor took was 116/75 and after several minutes I took my BP with this wrist monitor, well it's extremely inaccurate and the wrist monitor said/read my BP as 175/58 which it said it was abnormal and no matter when I took my BP with this wrist BP monitor it always read as abnormal and high readings. My doctor told me to stop using it because it's extremely inaccurate. I'll be sending it back for a refund. I don't recommend this product.
