The L-shaped arm is adjustable, as well as the clamp screw, and the large brass pad holds firmly so fence faces are held secure.

I splurged a few extra dollars literally because these just looked better and they are amazing.

The Product Info and the Instructions that come with the clamps both say to drill *3/8* inch holes in the "sacrificial base/fence". These are TOO BIG. The clamp arms are *5/16* inch. If you follow the instructions, the arms just swim around in the holes (which are supposed to be tight, solid and stable!).
