It’s a rigid neck brace not a neck pillow and it does exactly what it supposed to do, limit neck movement!im not a physician but if you suffer from a neck injury this is a good support for your neck

Not recommended at all I ordered to my mom she is skinny so I chosen S size it’s came too small I ordered again the L size it’s too small the different between S&L just 2” it’s not for adult not recommended don’t waste yor time and money they returned just small I’m waiting to return the large

This collar was very helpful. But, getting the sizing right was trial & reorder. The manufacture needs to include neck size in inches for this product in the description.

This is garbage. It’s extremely uncomfortable. You might as well save your money and tape a strip of hard plastic with sharp edges around your neck. I’m very disappointed because when I wanted to return it for my money back, I have to pay almost half of the purchase price in return costs. Save your money. I’m upset I even had to rate one star to submit this review. Garbage.
