I have tried a few different products similar. This is the first one that I felt was actually doing something and wasn't cutting into my side. I am a bigger guy so graces of any type can be a struggle. I'm 6'4" 265lbs this brace is amazing very well made and thought out. Side is comfortable and holds your arm very well. The ice packs are a great addition along with the air pump.My only complaint would be the direction that the hose points out of the shoulder. It points straight at your neck/face and can be annoying. I'm sure I'll get used to it.

I do a lot of welding so my shoulders get sore and when i get home and put this bad boy on it feels really nice, well made and the pressure you can get out of it is nice too! idk how this stacks up to others because this is the only one I've ever owned but it's nice. Reason for 4 stars is it takes up a lot of space in the fridge.

I spent several years in college carrying my purse, laptop and backpack, all off of my right shoulder. For a long time I never felt any pain at all. It was my chiropractor who told me there were issues with my right shoulder but since I felt no pain, I never really paid attention to it. My backpack was always worn off of 1 shoulder and it's always recommended you don't do that. This cryo shoulder brace has come in really handy lately because I've been having a lot of issues with the shoulder. It's a very difficult part of the body on which to keep an ice pack in place, too, so I get little relief.This brace is a game changer for me on rough days. I love the compression but I also love the ice pack and how it really wraps around my shoulder. I feel like the pressure not only helps align my shoulder but also helps me with my posture when I'm wearing it.It’s a very thick and heavy brace. It is very well made, too, but depending on how top heavy you are, it may not work for you. I have a larger chest and I struggled with getting the Velcro strap attached properly unless I put on a tighter sports bra. They have an awesome video to show you how to do it but if your shoulder is hurting badly, you may want to seek help from someone else to get it secured.Overall, though, I absolutely love the brace and all it has done for me, and I think the quality of it is top notch.

It took me awhile to figure out how to position this and strap it on, but having used a couple other shoulder braces in the past, I was immediately amazed at just how much better this one was!It is literally the only brace I've tried with any frontal joint stabilization. With this on, I feel total confidence in my inability to do more damage to my shoulder, to especially once I pump it up. Again, it takes some trial and error to get it right, but it's so adjustable it should fit anyone and apply support exactly where you need it. Not just lateral or dorsal support like all the others. And because it tells on more than just elastic tension, it provides all this workout squeezing it cutting off circulation which is very easy for me.
