I really like this product. I have been struggling with planter faciatis for about 6 months. It was so painful standing up in the morning. This keeps your foot flat so it can start to heal in the proper position. Only gave it 4 stars because I feel the Velcro is too long on the straps. I think it would fit a little more snug if they were a bit shorter. I am an average size person...fyi.

I was disappointed because I couldn't get it to flex enough to get the stretch needed. Poor instructions too.

This night splint has been GREAT!! it has helped with tightness in my legs and my plantar fasciitis! I would recommend this product and seller!

This splint was recommended by my podiatrist. I agree the air bladder doesn’t seem to be in the proper spot. And I got a medium based on manufacturer’s guide but as a woman size 7 and 1/2 I think a small would have been better. The straps are hard to tighten as I just fit on the end of the Velcro. I put a folded wash cloth at my ankle joint and up on my shin to help with comfort and fit at night.But I will say this worked for me. Within days of wearing it at night and while resting several times during the day, my PF is so, so much better. It is awkward to wear while sleeping but just keep adding time (the first few nights I took it off but was able to extend the number of hours over four or five nights).I can see where the designs with something to pull the toes up to the shin might be better but this splint did the job for me. After two weeks I have very little heel pain and no pain in my arch like I did before.

The bladder bag that makes it stretch your foot doesn't work because it's in the wrong spot by 2 inches plus the button that blows it up is different from other Darco products I've had. This was extremely poorly made and I've had good Darco products in the past so no idea how this slipped through quality control like this.
