Step 1.Please fully charge the battery case before using the product.
Step 2.Please charge the battery case with the apple cable.(Data cable attached to the package)
Step 3. When you want to charge your phone through the battery case, make sure the phone is tightly closed at the bottom of the case, then press the power button for about 3 seconds to start charging.
Step 4. When you want to stop the battery case to charge the phone, press the power button for about 3 seconds, it will stop charging.

It only lasted one month and the charging connection between the case and the phone failed. The magnetic charging does not work. Do not buy this product.

I needed a magnetic back for my phone and this product has that and them some..Battery enhances the usage which I always need. I would recommend this to a friend.

The product works well but must not be left in direct sunlight or the phone will overheat and charging stops.Overall I am happy with this product.

Advertised as 10,800. Before this case i had the zerolemon 10,000 mAh. The zerolemon recharged my phone 2.5 times from 5% to 100% WHILE I WAS USING MY PHONE. This one barely charges my phone 1.25 times even if i close all apps and dont touch my phone the whole time. Thats a false mAh number if theyre claiming its higher but charges less. I would get a zerolemon but they dont stock the 12 pro max case size any more. I dropped it while it was plugged in so i messed up the port on the zerolemon. Unfortunately i have to stick with this until i can solder the port back onto the board. On the plus side i do like the way this one feels more. I just feel like it should be illegal to LIE ABOUT YOUR RECHARGING CAPACITY!!! Stop lying. Put an accurate number up.

I have gone through 11 battery cases. I need them cause I work where I cannot charge the phone and the phones battery life is insufficient to make it through the day. The plug in chargers have the worst plugs that fail and push into the battery. And several other battery chargers suddenly overheated and failed. So far this charger has been the most convenient and has lasted the longest. And with MagSafe charger has had no charging problems.

It’s the best case ever. It holds another complete charge in the case. Also it’s a great phone protector. I’ve dropped my phone numerous times getting off of heavy equipment from heights of 12 feet at least 7 times and every time it just needs to be dusted off. I never have to carry a charger and a cord with me. When the phone gets low on battery I just push the button on the back of the case and it starts charging back up to 100%. I don’t know why everyone doesn’t use these cases.

This case scared me because I thought it was going to explode. I had one before just not the one with the magnet circling on the back and it performed just fine but like things it finally broke. I bought this new one and it malfunctioned and the battery swelled enormously. I would like to go back to the one with no magnet on the back. Please let me know how you want this one returned. And how I can get the other one. This is for a iPhone 12 Pro Max.
