Typically I would be writing a good review, especially with this product however I can't do that in all honesty right now. I have bought these cases of yours or two different phones in the past, the last one was for an iPhone 13 and I bought two cases as I use them when I travel. They worked flawlessly and I was very happy and left a great review. However now I've purchased my first one for my iPhone 16 Pro Max, thoroughly knowing how to use it and charge it and it lasted for approximately three days. After that you could push the button it may light up it may not but it never stays on and it does not charge the phone. I have tempted to charge your product to full capacity knowing that I'm using a standard cable and even tried it with a MagSafe wireless charger; same results. I ordered a second one and returned the first and received it two days later. I figured I must have just got a bad one first time. I began using this one and took it with me on a short trip for three days. On third day he did the same thing. It would not charge the phone it did not turn on and it made no difference what I did. Tomorrow morning I will be getting a hold of Amazon to return this one as well, and in all candor don't know if I can feel comfortable to ask for a third as I need to depend on these. I'm going to think about it tonight and may just return the product for credit back and buy another product. I'm a little disappointed in the quality control that seems to be happening here lately. I wish I could write a better review but currently that's the best I can give you; an honest review .
