Internet connected - control with phone App or remote (or Alexa!). Great selection of flames and colors and intensities and is a nice heater too. It is the centerpiece of our family room and is almost always on giving peaceful relaxing visuals to warm the room esthetically and literally.

We build a new fireplace wall and wanted a piece that was quality to design around. I am delighted with this fireplace insert choice. Great lighting options for both the flame and coals. It also puts off the perfect amount of heat (for SC winters).

I have had a few different electric fireplaces. This brand (the deep version) looks fantastic! I like to keep it on all of the time. The flames look better than other brands. There is a crackling sound that if you turn down to about 20-30%, sounds like real fire.Because the fireplace isn’t as thin as some, I thought it may not appear as modern. I was wrong, it looks great. We have the 50” width.The only downside is that neither the remote nor your phone app work all that well. Sometimes they work better than others but overall, not great. I would still, however, buy this fireplace again anyway. That’s how good it looks!There heat output isn’t going to do much but our room is very large so we didn’t expect much. You j have to stand within inches to feel the heat. Again, I knew this and still chose this model over others. (Please excuse pic a we have not completed the chimney yet.)

When this arrived it had a small defect to the frame. I reached out to the manufacturer to request a small paint sample to cover it as I didn't want the hassle of a return for such a small blemish. The company responded to me the following day explaining they didn't have paint samples to provide. They apologized for the defect and asked that I send them my contact info so they could send me a replacement. Honestly, I didn't believe this would be the case. They were so responsive and easy to work with I actually felt like it was a scam. I provided my info, and the following day they sent me a tracking number. A week later a brand new replacement fireplace arrived and it was perfectly intact. This fireplace is beautiful, it works great, and has an app that is easy and convenient to use. It puts out great heat and creates a cozy feel. I highly recommend this product and company. The customer service was the best I've ever experienced.

Beautiful fireplace. Many options on color for flame and base crystals. Heat is very adequate for a good size room. Quiet and a very comfortable fireplace. Worth the xtra price of the cheeper fireplaces offered. Westinghouse is a brand I trusted and was happy I did You won’t be disappointed. I hung mine on my tile wall, but you can have it recessed into wall as well.
